It’s So Hard to Say Goodbye.
Posted by Bansidhe on August 19th, 2008 filed in Life in GeneralActually in this case, it wasn’t hard at all. Tonight, I logged in, deguilded, sent a coworker some gold, and canceled my World of Warcraft account. I honestly think quitting would have been easier, or I’d feel some sadness about leaving since I’ve played for so long. However, I felt nothing.
I guess I lost interest in Warcraft a long time ago when my friends stopped logging into the game, and for some reason I hung in there. The people who are important to me are in contact with me outside of the game, so I really don’t need Warcraft to touch base with them. Might as well cancel the account if I’m not playing.
What will I do with the site? I still plan to make sigs, so it will be around for that. However, I’m not sure if I’ll change the look or not. I’m having a wonderful time playing the Warhammer beta, but I’m not sure if I want to dedicate my sig site to another game. For now, it’s going to stay as it is and will just be updated with sigs.

Whatever you decide to do as long as it entails having fun, do it!
Besides I know your waiting for Biowares Star Wars online. j/k :D
Hope to see you in Warhammer, if not. Will have Sunday VI, emails, and phone calls.
